Additional Clauses

1. Best Judgment Clause
   In the event you do not specify your preferences or instructions regarding a product or service, CCDS will use its best judgment to determine what is in the best interest of the patient and doctor for optimal outcomes. If you are dissatisfied with the result, and no specific instructions were provided to us, a warranty or return will not be granted.

2. Intended Use, Design Use, and Confidentiality Agreement
   All cases designed and produced by CCDS are considered the physical and intellectual property of CCDS. These designs and products may not be resold, distributed, or used in any manner without written permission from CCDS. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all such designs and to not disclose any proprietary information or designs to third parties.

3. Right to Change Prices and Product Offerings
   CCDS reserves the right to modify all prices, add, or remove products from its fee schedule at any time without prior notice. The prices displayed on the Site are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Remake Policy
   If a case has already been designed before and you require a remake, you must notify CCDS to receive the benefits we offer to select clients. If you do not notify us accordingly, any benefits or discounts may not apply.

5. COD on Shipments with No Credit Card on File
   If a valid credit card is not provided, any shipments sent will be on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. The price of the invoice, along with any additional charges from the shipment company, will be due upon delivery.

6. Breach of Terms and Void Benefits
   If any of the Terms of Service are violated, all offers, benefits, discounts, or other privileges previously extended to you will be null and void, and will no longer be valid.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Site or our services will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCDS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

   We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

4. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in Florida, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

5. Miscellaneous
   If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and CCDS with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
